MODEL DCU-7 : Ultrasonic Level Sensor

General Description:

The Model DCU-7 Ultrasonic Level Sensor is a highly accurate distance sensor used to measure water level. In a typical installation, the Model DCU-7 is mounted to a bridge or other structure and measures the distance to the water. The Model DCU-7 can also be used in stilling wells for river, reservoir, flume, and weir monitoring applications. It is designed specifically for use with ALERT transmitters and other controller/data loggers.

Sensor adjustments are accomplished via a computer and an RS-232 interface with a utility program provided with the sensor. Set up is easy and accomplished in minutes.

The Model DCU-7 sensor housing is rugged PVC and fully sealed for use in harsh wet environments.
