Payment Terms:
- Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
C.O.D. orders for domestic shipment only.
- International orders require prepayment by Visa or MasterCard, bank draft, wire transfer,
or confirmed irrevocable letter of credit.
- Some orders may require prepayment or progress payments. Interest of 1.5% per month
will be charged on past due accounts. Discounts may be withdrawn on past due accounts.
Pricing:
- Prices do not include freight, insurance, installation, installation assistance,
or any federal, state, or local taxes. Applicable taxes will be added as a separate
item on the purchaser’ s invoice unless a valid exemption, resale certificate, or
direct payment permit is provided to HydroLynx prior to shipment.
- Any certification and/or inspection specifications which are in addition to the usual
HydroLynx quality control procedures may be subject to an additional charge.
- Export shipments that require special packaging may incur an extra packing charge.
Discounts:
Discounts will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Qualification for discounts
will be at the sole discretion of HydroLynx. Quantity discounts apply to number of
units in a single purchase order. Blanket orders for a specific number of units over
a specific term will be considered.
Shipping:
Unless specific instructions accompany the order, we will use our judgment as to
the best method of shipment. Delivery will be made F.O.B. West Sacramento, California.
Title and risk of loss will pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the freight carrier.
The purchaser is responsible for all transportation and insurance charges.
Returns:
Please call HydroLynx to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions
prior to returning products to the factory.
Warranty:
HydroLynx Systems warrants that its products are free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of
shipment from factory. HydroLynx’ s obligations under this warranty are limited to,
at HydroLynx’ s option: (i) replacing; or (ii) repairing; any products determined
to be defective. In no case shall HydroLynx’ s liability exceed product’ s original
purchase price. This warranty does not apply to any equipment that has been repaired
or altered, except by HydroLynx, or which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident.
It is expressly agreed that this warranty will be in lieu of all warranties of fitness
and in lieu of the warranty of merchantability. |
